50mm is the ideal rim for three season riding cross county racing or just riding your favorite trail. The rim weight and ride is very close to standard 29er wheels, transforming your fat bike into a four season XC ride. 29+ and wider footprint is the new direction in cycling.

How did we find the best combination of carbon layouts for the optimal stiffness/durability and weight? Sarma Engineers have strong back ground in the aerospace industry, where weight and strength are critical. Utilizing special software and expertise has helped our engineers to develop the best ratio of weight/durability in our rims and all products.
Newest breakthrough technology - non-silicon production/uncut carbon fibers
We took a new approach to carbon rim development:
Smallest tolerance in dimensions at the cave for tubeless working and bead/ hook.
Most of competitors use silicon, which is not the perfect solution especially for tubeless rims. Sarma 29+ rims are easier to install tubeless and provide a more stable system.
Better durability and strength of bead hooks.
Our advanced technology of production uses special molds which helps us to avoid cutting of carbon fibers. It helps to significant increase durability of rims, especially where it’s the most important bead hooks.
Improved inner part of rims
Inner surface became more smooth and durable. Finally we can spend less material without losing durability/stiffness.

One very impressive thing about the rims is that they came with the best internal finish I have seen on a rim. That’s pretty impressive since my go-to wheels are ENVE AMs, and I have ridden many other carbon wheels. These are literally the smoothest, most consistent finish I have seen to an inner rim wall on any carbon rim
These particular Narans will be built up with I9 hubs and Sapim CX-Ray spokes! Should be a killer wheel set.
